What You'll Do:
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in warehouse environments.
- Receive, unload, store, pick, and transport materials while accurately recording transactions in SAP and using RF scanners.
- Perform daily equipment inspections, cycle counts, and inventory verification to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Pack, load, and ship customer orders while ensuring materials are handled efficiently and damage-free.
- Follow established processes, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and maintain a strong focus on safety at all times.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 + year of experience in material management (warehousing).
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- 1+ year of experience driving a forklift.
- Experience with SAP system.
- Experience with RF Scanner devices.
- Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be a strong team player.
- Must have the ability to work independently with little guidance.
- Must be able to perform job duties safely with a sense of urgency.
- Must have great attention to detail while working to a deadline.
- Must have a positive attitude, work well with others, and implement constructive criticism.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
