Assistant Videographer & Editor, People Content

• Shoot photo and video, and design effective shots as a camera operator and photographer
• Operate modern camera editing equipment to meet high-demand creative needs
• Cull footage and handle post-production, including editing, color grading and transcoding for final delivery, in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier or DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
• Plan, pitch and run multiple shoots at once, from single-day jobs to multi-week productions, locally and out of state
• Communicate clearly with your team, provide feedback and act on stakeholders' requests
• Deliver on time with available resources while meeting Tesla's standards and advancing the brand
• Drone operation, audio recording and mixing are a plus

• 4+ years of experience filming, photographing and editing, with fundamental cinematography training: a strong sense of composition, camera movement and lighting, plus knowledge of camera and lens settings (RAW and LOG formats, IS, shutter angle, resolution, frame rates)
• Ability to conduct on-camera interviews and set up microphone recordings
• Ability to develop creative video and photo concepts that advance People Content's priorities, iterate on stakeholder feedback and plan shoots for execution
• Proficiency editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, including basic color grading and sound design, plus an understanding of DIT workflow
• A positive attitude with a bias for action, pitching creative ideas and working through ambiguity. Availability to work in the office five days a week
