MRM Health is seeking a VP Strategy Director, Engagement to join our strategy team in the health practice. This individual will be the day-to-day lead for both HCPs and patients for a pharmaceutical brand. This role will report into the SVP, Engagement and Social Strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The VP Strategy Director, Engagement is responsible for:

  • Leading engagement strategy development and application including:

  • Empathetically understanding the HCP and patient journeys, including key moments, and developing relationship maps

  • Omnichannel ecosystem development, including content, social, CRM, and channel strategies

  • Proactively identifying the key problems to be solved, key opportunities to be captured, and key goals to be delivered on with clarity

  • Producing insights that fuel ideas

  • Crafting tactical briefs that stimulate creative teams as well as partnering with creative to ensure work is on strategy and meets client objectives

  • Partnering with the client's technology vendors and making strategic recommendations to inform technology decisions, in collaboration with MRM's technology team

  • Ensuring strategies are delivering on client goals and providing input into measurement and optimization, in partnership with our data and other teams

  • Managing and mentoring junior strategists on the business

Specific strategy territories include:

HCP and patient insights

Target definition and segment prioritization

Personas

Go-to-market strategy

Communications plan across paid/owned/earned throughout the journey

Inclusive of content, social, and other channels

Media planning, in partnership with the media agency

Experience

Strategic principles and experience design informed by insights

Application and activation

Input into CX design

Employee engagement communications

Creative communications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An integrated strategist, with strong HCP, patient, and experience strategy background

  • Proven ability to work at macro (strategic principles) and micro (strategic input to UX development) levels

  • Understanding of and ability to work with brand strategy, content strategy, social strategy

  • Omnichannel ecosystem development experience across paid, owned, earned and ability to work with media partners

  • Talent at working with Creative partners from brand design to UX

  • Ability to work with technology partners

  • Understanding of performance and ability to work with data and analytics

  • 8+ years directly related experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area

  • Exceptional communication skills - on the page and in presentation

  • Curiosity, passion, collaborative spirit, optimism to find the answer, work ethic to deliver

The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $225,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

$190,000-$225,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
