What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a cultural institution setting.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries, public spaces, entrances, exterior areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor visitor activity and access points, assist with directional information, and support a welcoming environment while maintaining awareness of site procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
