As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you'll serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of clients, helping employers design, manage, and optimize their employee benefits programs. You'll lead client strategy, renewal planning, and ongoing consulting initiatives while partnering with internal teams to deliver outstanding service! This role blends relationship management, benefits expertise, financial analysis, and problem-solving, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both client success and business growth. This position is ideally based in Austin, Texas, where team members participate in a hybrid work environment that balances in-person collaboration with flexibility. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
