Senior Director - Strategy, Planning, & Analysis

What the day will look likeThe Senior Director - Strategy, Planning, & Analysis is responsible for leading the organization's strategic business and financial planning process and long-term financial analysis. This position plays a meaningful role in guiding excellent long-term planning, improved financial performance, and decision making based on data across the enterprise. This senior leadership role will work closely with leaders from different functions. The goal is to ensure we deliver on our 3x3 commitments and plan for the firm's long-term future. This role will lead the integration of potential acquisitions with the mission of crafting a finance organization. The organization will act as a trusted strategic partner that provides data-driven insights for balanced shareholder value and growth.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $180,000 to $220,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
