Job Summary:

The Knowledge Management Analyst will support the Knowledge Management Manager in implementing and maintaining solutions for our transactional practice areas. This person will work cross-functionally with attorneys, Professional Development, the Library & Research Services team, and the Information Technology department.

Job Functions:

  • Consult with transactional attorneys to understand the nature of their practice to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  • Partner with practitioners to identify meaningful AI use cases.
  • Assist with integrating AI into established processes in support of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct small group training and information gathering sessions related to processes and software.
  • Support the strategic implementation of iManage at the Firm.
  • Identify and execute special projects within Firm-approved platforms.
  • Participate in onboarding with attorneys and business professionals concerning tools and procedures.
  • Support internal forms creation and experience management initiatives.
  • Assist with the management of intranet content for our legal departments and their practice groups.

  • Organizes and prioritizes assignments and serves as a department liaison to ensure collaborative efforts result in meeting or exceeding goals and standards.

  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments affecting the area of specialization.
  • Encourages innovative thinking and the exercise of sound judgment to achieve results.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of law firm experience, preferably in a corporate, paralegal, or knowledge management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and respond to critical matters or project deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI developments affecting transactional practice areas.
  • Preferred software proficiencies: Microsoft Office, Co-Pilot, Claude, DeepJudge, SharePoint, AI-assisted Diligence platforms (Luminance), client collaboration sites (HighQ and Box.com), document automation products (Litera Create and Office & Dragons), and law firm document management systems (iManage).
Work Authorization:
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship by the Firm (either now or in the future).

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range for this specific position at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to qualifications and experience, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity. $100,000 - $130,000
