Clinical Nurse Manager - Interventional Radiology - Valley and South Bay Clinics

The Clinical Nurse Manager reports to the Interventional Radiology Unit Director and serves as an expert clinical leader and role model for clinical best practices. This experienced professional provides direct clinical supervision to both professional and technical staff. Over 60% of their time is spent achieving clinical organizational objectives by coordinating the efforts of subordinate staff. The role also involves participating in the establishment of clinical departmental goals and objectives. You will responsible for managing the accountability and stewardship of human, financial, and often physical resources to ensure the delivery of coordinated, high-quality patient care, in line with departmental and organizational goals. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this position shares 24/7 management responsibilities with the Unit Dire.

Required:

• BSN or MSN
• 5 years recent acute care or Interventional Radiology experience in progressive leadership positions
• California RN license
• Nursing Professional Leadership Certification (NEA-BC, NE-BC, CNL, CNML preferred) or obtain within 12 months
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Organizational Leadership, or Healthcare Leadership
