NYU Langone Health- Pediatric Rheumatology Faculty Physician

The Division of Pediatric Rheumatology at the Hassenfeld Children's Hospital at NYU Langone Health is seeking a board certified/board eligible pediatric rheumatologist for a faculty position. Our team is expanding and this individual will join our collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive care for children with a broad range of rheumatologic conditions.

The Division of Pediatric Rheumatology provides specialized care for patients with conditions including juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, dermatomyositis, autoinflammatory syndromes, uveitis and other inflammatory disorders. The division works closely with colleagues across pediatric subspecialties to deliver multidisciplinary, family-centered care tailored to the needs of each patient. The division also works closely with the adult rheumatology division, participating in all didactics, as well as training adult rheumatology fellows.

Responsibilities include comprehensive outpatient and inpatient clinical care, consultation services, teaching of fellows, medical students, and pediatric residents, and participation in hospital-related administrative, research, and/or quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the academic mission of the Department of Pediatrics through education, scholarly activity, and clinical excellence.

Salary Range: $190,000- $210,000

The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
