About the Role

As a key member of the growth marketing team, you will unleash your analytical prowess to drive global entertainment growth. You will be instrumental in optimizing marketing spend, understanding consumer behavior, and providing the insights necessary to make informed decisions that resonate with a vast and engaged global audience. Your work will directly contribute to the success of new entertainment programming and digital products, ensuring captivating experiences reach millions worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze campaign and business performance data for growth marketing initiatives, providing critical insights into effectiveness and return on investment.
• Track, monitor, and report on marketing investments and outcomes, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Lead paid media planning and forecasting across diverse channels, including Affiliate, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Audio, and Video.
• Build and manage comprehensive budgets, goal setting, pacing, and performance forecasts to guide marketing spend.
• Synthesize cross-channel performance data to inform strategy, highlight key insights, and guide investment decisions.
• Monitor the performance of new entertainment programming and digital products, identifying trends and business drivers.
• Consolidate business and marketing performance metrics into clear, actionable reports for various stakeholders.
• Partner closely with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support ongoing planning and optimization efforts.
• Develop business cases and scenario modeling to evaluate the impact of growth initiatives and trade-offs.
• Create and deliver executive-ready reporting and performance reviews for leadership.
• Collaborate with channel owners and market teams on planning, optimization, and best practices, considering local nuances.
• Support the implementation and execution of marketing mix model results.
• Maintain and organize data sources used for business reporting and analysis.
• Act as a key point of contact for inquiries regarding paid media planning and spend pacing.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media planning, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or subscription-based business environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, and forecasting skills, with proficiency in tools like SQL and R.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable, and data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, along with Google Suite and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data for executive audiences and foster strong stakeholder partnerships.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing shifting priorities and delivering high-quality work efficiently.
• Curiosity and a willingness to proactively investigate trends and business drivers.
• Experience with campaign management and optimization across major media platforms.
• Collaborative working style.

• Experience working with entertainment, streaming, media, or consumer-facing products.
