Short Description

The Executive Secretary provides overall administrative support to the Bone & Joint Institute. This position is key to the overall efficient and effective operations of the Institute. The Executive Secretary interacts with all levels within the Cooper University Health Care, CMSRU and external stakeholders including executives and vendors, and most importantly patients and caretakers
Experience Required

  • Proficient in computers and other office equipment
  • Knowledge of office secretarial and clerical duties and responsibilities
  • Skill and proficiency in grammar, communication, and in mathematical calculations

HIGH SCHOOL OR GED
Hourly Rate Min $23
Hourly Rate Max $37


The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.

A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
