Responsibilities The Manager, Data, CRM & Analytics is responsible for the general management and integrity of the Foundation's fundraising donor database, online giving, and related fundraising technology. This position works with the Director of Prospect Management, Research, and Analytics for the implementation, maintenance, training, and continuous improvement of fundraising databases and data processes used throughout the Foundation. Key responsibilities include gift reconciliation, reporting and analytics, data integrity, fundraising systems support, and foundational prospect research to support fundraising and donor engagement. The Manager, Data, CRM & Analytics ensures that relevant prospect and donor information is accurately documented and maintained within the CRM. This position works collaboratively with the Director of Prospect Management, Research, and Analytics and other Foundation partners to translate data and information into useful insights that support fundraising strategy and decision-making. The Manager, Data, CRM & Analytics also provides direct supervision of the Database Coordinator.
