2. Instructional Design & Content Support

  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of modern training collateral, including e-learning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, and video tutorials.
  • Customize and adapt existing instructional materials to meet evolving learner needs while adhering to adult learning and instructional design principles.
  • Partner with cross-functional project teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and L&D leaders to roll out new training initiatives, software releases, and curriculum updates.

3. Continuous Improvement & Operational Support (10%)

  • Maintain training asset integrity and contribute to L&D process enhancements.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong proficiency in virtual classroom platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and translate technical concepts into easily digestible steps.
