Product Development Assistant - Casual Sleep

Your work will directly contribute to maintaining accurate product information, streamlining communication across internal teams and external partners, and ultimately helping to deliver innovative and comfortable casual sleepwear to customers. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will be crucial in driving projects forward and ensuring the timely execution of seasonal collections.

What You'll Do

• Provide essential day-to-day coordination support for product development activities.
• Assist in the development and meticulous tracking of prototype products within the casual sleep category.
• Accurately enter, maintain, and update product information within relevant systems.
• Coordinate and track product samples efficiently throughout the development process.
• Monitor development timelines to help ensure key milestones and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Create and update seasonal composite sheets, classification charts, and other vital product development documentation.
• Coordinate weekly updates to ensure product information is consistently accurate and communicated in a timely manner.
• Support the seamless communication of product development details across internal teams and external vendor partners.
• Assist with workflow management and proactively follow up on outstanding development needs.
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of seasonal products.

• Comfortable working with product information, data, systems, and detailed documentation.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Fashion, Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Previous product development, product design, fashion, merchandising, or related experience; recent graduates will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
