Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project and program schedules.

  • Work with government leadership and program stakeholders to capture priorities, milestones, and schedule requirements.

  • Track activities, deliverables, dependencies, and schedule changes.

  • Identify schedule risks, conflicts, and potential impacts to program execution.

  • Coordinate schedule inputs and updates across multiple teams and workstreams.

  • Guide customers on scheduling best practices and recommend improvements when needed.

  • Provide schedule status and upcoming milestones for program reviews and reporting.

  • Use Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools to maintain accurate program schedules.

Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience managing project or program schedules.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.

  • Experience managing milestones, dependencies, schedule changes, and inputs across multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of project scheduling practices.

  • Ability to work directly with government customers and provide scheduling guidance.

  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Skills
  • Experience supporting U.S. Navy, NAVWAR, PEO C4I, or PMW programs.

  • Experience with Navy SIGINT systems or programs.

  • Experience developing or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

  • PMP certification.

  • Agile certification or experience.

  • Master's degree.

About the Mission

PMW 410 supports Navy program execution and modernization across a complex technical and operational environment. The Horizon team coordinates across program, technical, and mission stakeholders to keep priorities and activities aligned. In this role, you'll provide the scheduling structure and visibility the team needs to understand where efforts stand, what's coming next, and where risks or dependencies could impact execution.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience managing project schedules
Experience using Microsoft Project and/or similar scheduling software
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams for collaboration
Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
Ability to guide client through scheduling best practices
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
