The Project Manager oversees the successful planning, execution, and completion of technical projects involving integrated hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. This role coordinates cross-functional teams and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet defined customer expectations. Experience in a technology-driven, specialty green chemistry and data technology. Title: Project Manager Duration: DH Location: Austin, TX Shift: M-F 8-5pm Overview The Project Manager oversees the successful planning, execution, and completion of technical projects involving integrated hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. This role coordinates cross-functional teams and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet defined customer expectations. The Project Manager plays a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager will have direct responsibility for the following: Project Execution & Delivery * Execute projects from award through completion, ensuring successful delivery and customer acceptance. * Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. * Establish and maintain detailed project schedules while coordinating all required project management systems. * Develop detailed work plans identifying and sequencing all activities required to complete projects successfully. * Define project tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. * Monitor and manage project financial performance, including revenue, margins, bill rates, utilization, and overall profitability. * Prepare and deliver project performance updates and data metrics throughout the lifecycle of the system. * Prepare and share project evaluations and assessments of results upon completion.
