SUMMARY: The Medical Laboratory Technician in the Fertility Clinic is responsible for collecting, preparing, analyzing, and transporting semen samples to support diagnostic testing and fertility treatments. This role involves patient interaction, precise laboratory handling, and strict adherence to quality and regulatory guidelines. The technician ensures accurate processing and timely delivery of specimens to affiliated hospitals or clinical partners.
