Apply Later Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges?
You've come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
You will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, user-focused digital products that meet client needs in regulated environments.
You'll define roadmaps, create user personas, prioritize features, and collaborate across roles to overcome delivery challenges and drive impactful solutions.
You will apply your expertise in product development from concept to launch. This includes defining user requirements and digital experiences, and the evaluation sets and quality thresholds that validate them. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the product meets client needs while surfacing trade-offs and navigating constraints.
Your work will help create impactful digital products that solve complex problems for clients. By combining user empathy, systems thinking, and emerging AI capabilities, you will shape products that improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and decision-making across healthcare and public-sector organizations, ultimately improving outcomes for patients, members, and citizens. You will help ensure agentic and GenAI capabilities are integrated responsibly, securely, and in alignment with client priorities.
You will lead the development of innovative digital products that deliver measurable value to McKinsey clients. You will join a team that fosters innovation through AI, design thinking, and cutting-edge technologies, helping to accelerate McKinsey's shift toward reusable products deployed across contexts. Your role will focus on designing for configurability and extension while meeting relevant risk and security standards.
Your work offers a unique opportunity to grow as a leader in product management and technology. You will join a diverse and inclusive community dedicated to mentorship, feedback, and professional development. With access to McKinsey's global network of experts and technologists, you will refine your skills, expand your expertise, and make a lasting impact on the future of product innovation. Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues-at all levels-will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won't find anywhere else.
