Your first software role shouldn't be a gamble. At SkillStorm, getting new engineers launched is the whole business. We develop technology professionals for Fortune 100 enterprises and U.S. government agencies. You'll start with 12 weeks of paid, hands-on training, working on real projects as part of a team, and then deploy directly to an enterprise or government client, effective day one. You won't pay for a course. You'll be paid in a real role with a defined path from "qualified" to "deployed professional." Who we're looking for This role is designed for people at the start of their technical careers: recent graduates, career changers who already have a technical foundation, and transitioning service members and veterans. You should also have a working understanding of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language like Java or C#.
