The Opportunity The Operations Planning Engineer serves as a critical link between Gas Control, Field Operations, Commercial Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Customers to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the pipeline system. This role is responsible for developing and coordinating operational plans, evaluating system capacity impacts, supporting real-time operations, managing planned and unplanned outages, and providing hydraulic and operational analysis to facilitate informed decision-making. The position supports Gas Control by maintaining operational awareness of system constraints, forecasting operational impacts, and ensuring timely communication of events affecting pipeline operations, customer service, and system reliability.
