The role - what you'll do Barr is seeking a senior business intelligence developer to join our Minneapolis, Minnesota, team. In this hybrid role, you will enhance our business intelligence and data analysis capabilities and support Barr's internal data warehouse, semantic models, and reporting while advancing our use of modern, cloud-based technologies. This role will lead the design and development of platforms that support multiple BI solutions, with an emphasis on scalable data models, Microsoft Fabric integration, platform performance, governance, and reliable data delivery. A successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with effective communication and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. They are able to clearly explain technical recommendations and tradeoffs to a variety of audiences. They will also be a self-motivated professional who takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, and manages competing priorities effectively. Your impact - key responsibilities

Compensation: Anticipated range of $100,000-$125,000 annually. Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance.
