The Phlebotomist I will be responsible for performing blood draws and supporting day-to-day phlebotomy operations in a client at Walgreens setting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on blood-drawing experience and be comfortable working in a high-volume environment with patients of all ages.

• Perform blood draws and assigned phlebotomy duties.
• Complete an average of 40+ patient draws per day.
• Work with patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Assist with troubleshooting related to assigned duties.
• Support smooth workflow and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
• Remain on your feet for most of the workday.
• Complete required initial training of at least one week.

• 2+ years of hands-on phlebotomy/blood-drawing experience preferred and specifically targeted by the hiring team.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience performing blood draws in a patient-facing environment.
• Ability to handle a high volume of approximately 40+ draws daily.
• Comfortable drawing blood from patients of all ages.
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
• Must be eligible for rehire.
