Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Assignment Duration: 3 months

We are seeking a Phlebotomist I to join a busy Patient Service Center (PSC) team. The ideal candidate will have strong blood-draw experience, excellent patient-care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection accurately and safely.
• Complete an average of 40+ patient draws per day.
• Work with patients of all age groups.
• Follow proper specimen collection, labeling, and handling procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Work collaboratively with the PSC team.
• Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment.
• Participate in training and make workflow recommendations when needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience required.
• 2+ years of blood-draw experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills.
• Comfortable standing for most of the workday.
• Ability to work in a large, high-volume Patient Service Center.
• Must be eligible for rehire if previously employed by the organization.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.

• Approximately 1+ week of training will be provided at the start of the assignment.
