CEI Team Lead - Project Manager Requisition Number: 2026-1350-23 S&ME is looking for an experienced Project Manager who specializes in Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) projects to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This person would have a statewide reach but would predominantly focus on the Charlotte and surrounding areas (focusing on NCDOT Divisions 9, 10, and 12. You will play a vital role in building a nationally recognized construction engineering and inspection (CEI) program and provide CEI services to transportation clients, including Highway/Bridge, Rail, Aviation, Port, and Pedestrian modes. About the Role: As a CEI Team Lead - Project Manager, you will be a team-oriented leader with expertise in construction management as the project lead on major construction projects within the transportation market. You will oversee project delivery, client relationships, and staff development for significant projects contributing to the growth of our CEI services.
