In this role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships, and help deliver solutions that improve the communities we serve. We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $175,000/annually, a 3/2 hybrid work schedule, flexible hours, affordable benefits including Health/Vision/Dental, and company-paid life insurance. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating technical disciplines, managing client expectations, and ensuring delivery of high-quality work on schedule and within budget. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, support project planning and execution, mentor staff, and help strengthen JMT's reputation for responsive service, technical excellence, and practical solutions.
