What You'll Do:
  • Read and follow work instructions to assemble products according to quality and production requirements.
  • Verify work assignments, gather required materials, and set up workstations for assembly activities.
  • Assemble components and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Complete required training programs and learn new assembly processes as needed.
  • Assist team members with production tasks, equipment maintenance, calibration activities, and special projects.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or a related hands-on environment.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions.
  • Ability to understand verbal work instructions.
  • Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance.
  • Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions
  • Basic computer skills.
  • IPC soldering certification.
  • Soldering skills necessary.
  • Ability to read/write/communicate in English language.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a repeated basis.
  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)/color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors; depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
