What You'll Do:
  • Build and enhance automation frameworks across UI, API, performance, load, and other non-functional testing areas, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Define and implement test automation strategies, including tooling, scripting, architecture, test data, and environment management, while identifying opportunities to improve coverage and efficiency.
  • Partner with Development and Product teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution design to translate requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive automated test coverage.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, review test code and scripts, monitor automation KPIs, and provide clear reporting on feature-level test coverage and execution status.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement by evaluating emerging testing technologies, including AI-assisted tools, contributing to performance and security testing, resolving complex technical challenges, and supporting less experienced team members.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Test case management in Zephyr and Automation Framework Development (UI, API, Integration Testing).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CI/CD, Scripting, and Test Automation Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Process Validation and Quality Assurance Analysis.
