What You'll Do:
  • Develop business requirements, configure assessment technologies, and drive enhancements across vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, server compliance, and static code analysis tools.
  • Design and document technical compliance standards, operational procedures, test scripts, reporting improvements, and escalation processes.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, technology, and vendor teams to support assessment technologies, resolve findings, and continuously improve control testing processes.
  • Research emerging cybersecurity risks, industry practices, and regulatory developments, sharing insights with leadership and risk teams.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced Risk Process team members while managing relationships with technology teams supporting centralized assessment platforms.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 9+ years of experience with vulnerability assessment tools.
  • 9+ years of experience working independently and providing direction to the team as needed.
  • 9+ years of experience in generating, collecting, storing, and retaining audit data.
  • 9+ years of experience in technical writing
  • 9+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management General
  • 9+ years of experience in Risk Appetite
  • 9+ years of experience in Risk Id
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Associates Degree
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CRISC (Certified Risk and Information Systems Control) certification, and Cybersecurity domain-related industry-recognized certification.
  • Proficient technical writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience with Incident Response.
  • Working knowledge of Vulnerability Risk Management lifecycle solutions (ex., Archer VRM).
  • Working knowledge of eGRC.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of various scanning solutions and vulnerability risk management platforms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards.
