What You'll Do:
  • Work with large, complex data sets to source, ingest, clean, and prepare data for analysis while ensuring data quality, stability, and resilience to data drift.
  • Develop and refine econometric, statistical, and machine learning models across areas such as classification, clustering, pattern analysis, sampling, and simulation.
  • Build, test, and promote complex models into production, including champion/challenger approaches and frameworks that support self-healing models.
  • Evaluate model performance, reliability, and stability, incorporate business feedback, and create clear materials and outputs that communicate model outcomes and impact to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with experienced data scientists and guide less experienced team members while reviewing code, applying best practices, and supporting responsible, compliant delivery.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with multiple statistics and data science principles such as AB testing, sample selection, hypothesis testing, and modeling bias.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in various hybrid databases, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analyzing large data sets.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data visualization using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Alteryx.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data ETL using SQL and Python.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Master's Degree in Science.
  • Doctorate Degree in Statistics or Economics or Finance.
  • Field in the quantitative social, physical, or engineering sciences, with proven coursework proficiency in statistics, econometrics, economics, computer science, finance, or risk management
  • Proficiency with pertinent statistical software, languages, and tools.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Not Only Structured Query Language (nSQL).
  • Intermediate understanding of modeling techniques such as Bayesian Modeling, Classification models, Cluster analysis, neural networks, Non-parametric methods, and Multivariate statistics.
  • Fluent in econometric/statistical techniques, including time-series analysis, panel data methods, and logistic regression
  • Practical experience with pertinent statistical software, languages, and tools.
