What You'll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, candidate engagement, pre-screening, interviewing, offer development, and hiring coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and identify effective advertising and candidate channels.
  • Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates, with a focus on cleared engineers and specialized technical talent.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment outcomes, trends, agency performance, and overall staffing activities to management.
  • Support recruitment programs, evaluate candidate assessment tools, maintain documentation, and ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with applicable laws.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 8 years of experience filling defense related engineering/technical openings, within defense contractors such as Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Boeing D&S, etc.
  • Min 5 years of experience filling engineering positions.
  • Min 5 years of experience filling positions that require TS, TS/SCI, TS/SCI w/Polygraph

  • Highly proficient in building productive relationships and influencing business management.
  • Organized and excellent in communication.
  • Knowledgeable in various recruitment techniques and compliance.
  • Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models.
