The Clinical Talent Acquisition Business Partner (SCAN Temp) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, owning complex andhighimpacthiring initiatives aligned to organizational priorities. This role willleveragedeep recruitmentexpertise, market intelligence, anddatainformedinsights toanticipatetalent needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliverhighqualityoutcomes. Through strong partnership, independent judgment, and influence, the Temp TABP helps drive scalable talent solutions that support business performance and a culture of excellence This role will focus on recruitment and hiring strategy efforts across the SCAN organization, supporting healthcare services, pharmacy and clinical-related roles under the CMO. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience hiring physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare support roles in a heavily matrixed environment. This position is remote, requires working Pacific time hours, 8-5, Monday-Friday. Ideally located in California or the west coast. Responsibilities:
