Job Description The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) is seeking a detail‑oriented, service‑driven HR Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting employees, and contributing to a collaborative and mission‑focused HR environment. As an HR Coordinator, you will work closely with HR Business Partners to support the daily operations of the Human Resources function. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting recruitment processes, and serving as a primary point of contact for onboarding and employee inquiries. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high‑quality service to employees across campus. - Create and maintain Workday job postings - Ensure compliance with Federal, UWS, and UWM retention guidelines for search materials - Troubleshoot issues and maintain recruitment documentation - Update and maintain applicant statuses in Workday - Provide recruitment support to the HRBP or HR as needed

Target Salary Range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Final compensation will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
