Job Summary The Legal Operations Manager will have responsibility in the following primary areas: (i) legal technology and systems, (ii) process improvement, (iii) knowledge and matter management systems, (iv) vendor and financial management, and (v) metrics and reporting for the Legal Department. The individual in this role must have excellent time management, project management, and communication skills to effectively manage competing priorities and drive complex projects involving stakeholders at all levels to completion. The ideal candidate will have: (i) extensive experience with legal billing and legal case management software, (ii) experience leading RFPs, negotiating fee arrangements, and monitoring vendor performance, and (iii) expertise in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for legal operations.
