Job Description:

We are seeking aTransportation Administratorto oversee our daily shipping and logistics operations. In this role, you will assist analyzing transit data, evaluate carrier performance, make bookings, monitor shipments door/door, and identify ways to cut costs while maintaining high delivery standards. Monitor Internal Shipping Tool Dashboard, work with both internal customers and external vendors to meet our shipment needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage daily transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments (domestic and international).
• Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve service issues.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and freight invoices.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to optimize logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and carrier performance metrics.
• Support implementation of logistics software and digital tracking tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or traffic coordination.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with international shipping and documentation is a preferred.
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree Preferred(Business or Logistics)
