Job Description

Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and improvements to semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems. This multidisciplinary role spans electrical, electronics, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. You will work closely with Equipment Engineers, Area Managers, the Procurement Department, and Operations to identify and resolve equipment issues that support production. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to engaging and challenging projects focused on improving reliability, driving cost savings, and enhancing safety.

Work shift: Sunday - Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday, from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM.

Job Requirements

Must Have:

  • Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Electronics, equivalent technical training, or relevant military experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of technical experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
  • Experience with AMAT Centura, Novellus, and TEL CVD systems is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of equipment functionality, subcomponents, control circuitry, and associated process parameters is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of measurement instrumentation, electro-mechanical devices, vacuum systems, and robotics/sensors, along with solid engineering and technology skills, is required.
  • Strong leadership abilities and proficient computer skills are required.
  • Candidate must have the ability to conduct data and statistical analysis to evaluate equipment performance.
