Lead Manufacturing Supervisor - Direct Hire

Location: Rogers, AR

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Rotating Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)

Pay: $25-$33/Hour Depending on experience

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Lead Manufacturing Supervisor. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily production operations, supervise manufacturing employees, and drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production leader with strong supervisory, SAP, and manufacturing operations experience.


Education Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience required.
  • Experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Team Lead, or Production Lead.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and operational excellence.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts.
  • Frequent climbing of stairs and movement throughout the production facility.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and rotating weekend schedule.


Job Duties



  • Lead daily manufacturing and production operations on assigned shift.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Coordinate with Production Control, Shipping, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to meet production schedules.
  • Monitor workflow, balance production lines, and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct shift meetings and communicate production priorities.
  • Develop employee training programs and support workforce development initiatives.
  • Prepare staffing schedules and manage attendance, vacation, and shift coverage.
  • Maintain production records and report safety, quality, and personnel concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
