Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required Ability to read and follow work instructions, patterns, and specifications Basic math and measurement skills preferred Manufacturing or sewing-related training is a plus Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of sewing machine operation experience required Experience cutting patterns and trimming materials Ability to work with a variety of fabrics and materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Capabilities Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers to operate industrial sewing equipment Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally Repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday Ability to work in a production environment while meeting quality standards Job Duties Operate industrial sewing machines to produce finished products Cut patterns and prepare materials according to specifications Trim, assemble, and sew materials accurately and efficiently Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met Follow production schedules and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Report material defects, equipment issues, or quality concerns Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
