Now hiring for a Class B and C Drivers Location: Vista, CA Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-3pm plus OT Every Load Matters. Every Mile Counts. This opportunity puts your driving skills to work transporting goods safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting the businesses and customers that keep the economy moving. Drivers will be responsible for delivering medical equipment/supplies to clinics and homes for usage. Primarily renal care supplies including IV Bags, medications, and some dialysis machines. This is Last Mile service, (white glove delivery). Drivers need to ensure products arrive safely and timely to patients, residences, hospitals and clinics. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Valid CDL Class B license required Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) meeting company standards Must meet DOT and company driving requirements Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 3 years Experience operating similar commercial vehicles required Medical delivery, healthcare logistics, or last-mile delivery experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to maintain accurate delivery documentation Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with patients and healthcare providers Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, move, load, and unload medical equipment and supplies Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the day Ability to enter and exit delivery vehicles multiple times per shift Capable of working extended hours and overtime as needed Ability to safely handle and transport sensitive medical products Job Duties Deliver medical equipment, dialysis machines, IV bags, medications, and healthcare supplies to homes, clinics, and hospitals Provide white-glove, last-mile delivery service while maintaining professionalism and patient confidentiality Load, unload, secure, and transport products safely and efficiently Verify delivery accuracy and obtain required documentation and signatures Inspect vehicles and perform daily DOT-compliant safety checks Ensure timely route completion while maintaining excellent customer service Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and delivery procedures Communicate delivery updates and resolve customer concerns professionally Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan and more Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Holiday Pay is provided for eligible Drivers Weekly Pay Staffmark Perkspot - discounts on almost anything you want to buy The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
