Job Duties Assemble and package products according to work orders Verify components before assembly Meet daily production and quality goals Inspect products for accuracy and damage Report equipment issues as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Work closely with team members to achieve production targets Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or final transcript required Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and problem-solving skills Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
