Job Duties

• Picks customer orders
• Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects items
• Drives an electric cart to pick orders
• Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy standards Inspect products for defects or damages
• Maintains a safe and clean warehouse Follows all safety rules
• Acts professionally and remains focused Performs other duties as assigned

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a warehouse cart
• Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented
• Ability to use electronic devices such as tablets, radios, scanners, etc.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision and within a team
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
• Ability to communicate, understand, and read in English
• Have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
• Must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift.
• Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs on occasion.
