Job Duties Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and product integrity throughout the facility. Research inventory discrepancies and perform necessary inventory adjustments. Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and reconciliations. Track and report non-conforming, aged, and damaged inventory. Ensure proper product identification, labeling, and inventory documentation. Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and prepare inventory reports. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to improve inventory control processes. Train employees on inventory procedures and best practices. Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move tools, materials, and equipment. Load and unload trucks and assist with shipping and receiving activities. Use handheld power tools, steel stamps, and stencils as needed. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. Experience Requirements 1-3 years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts required; ability to obtain forklift certification. Experience using overhead cranes and handheld power tools preferred. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and planning skills. Ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and vendors. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday. Ability to safely load and unload trucks. Ability to frequently lift and move materials as required. Must be able to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment daily.
