As a RAN Performance engineer, you will provide technical expertise on a critical role involving network transformation, network service issues, network optimization, and maintenance. You will be responsible for providing support to keep things running smoothly and change the way that our customers live, work, and play. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RAN Performance Engineer / LTE and 5G RAN Performance Engineer to lead wireless network testing, field execution, parameter optimization, and node migration projects across multi-vendor LTE and 5G networks (mmWave, C-Band, DSS, and Clean NR). In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure seamless network quality and user experience. Customers expect our networks to perform at a high level all the time. That's also where you come in. Additionally, you will investigate, evaluate and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure and reliable service for our customers. The work you'll be doing will directly impact customer satisfaction and help keep us ahead of the competition. You are able to thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence AI platforms and leverage AI use wherever possible.
