Location:New Brunswick, NJ
Pay:$19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling and preparing orders, receiving and staging incoming materials, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials are properly received, stocked, organized, and prepared for shipment. The position requires basic computer skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to read and understand English.

Job Responsibilities



  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift when qualified and assigned.
  • Provide customer service support as needed.
  • Learn product information and warehouse procedures.
  • Use basic computer systems for email, data entry, and other warehouse-related tasks.


Job Requirements



  • At least 1 year of tenure in each of the last three positions is preferred; shorter tenures should be clearly explained on the resume when applicable.
  • Ability to read and understand English.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and typing beyond hunt-and-peck entry.
  • Ability to learn product information and warehouse procedures quickly.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Sit-down forklift experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Warehouse experience involving shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory preferred.


Work Experience



  • Previous warehouse operations experience preferred.
  • Forklift operator experience is a plus but not required.
