Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately processing, organizing, retrieving, and preparing boxes and files while maintaining strict confidentiality and security. The role includes operating picker forklifts and other equipment, completing equipment safety checks, pulling and moving records, supporting box destruction and bay consolidation activities, and performing warehouse maintenance. The position also supports pickups and deliveries and requires a strong commitment to accuracy, productivity, safety, and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities



  • Barcode and process new boxes.
  • Pull access lists and retrieve required boxes or files.
  • Refile boxes and files accurately.
  • Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction.
  • Perform tasks related to bay consolidations.
  • Operate picker forklifts and other assigned company equipment.
  • Complete required equipment safety checks before operation, including batteries, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguishers.
  • Safely travel to assigned areas to pull, load, and move boxes.
  • Perform general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Complete pickups and deliveries as assigned.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance as required.
  • Return equipment to the designated charging station at the end of each workday.
  • Prepare equipment for overnight charging.
  • Follow applicable occupational health and safety regulations, transportation laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of company records and information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Ability to operate a picker forklift or similar warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to safely perform equipment inspections before operation.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and quality.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness expectations.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and information security.
  • Ability to safely handle, load, and move boxes and records.
  • Ability to follow safety regulations, transportation laws, and established procedures.
  • Ability to perform warehouse, pickup, delivery, and equipment-related duties as assigned.
