Position Title: Forklift Operator - Order Selector Wage: $18/hour Shift: 1st Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm NOW HIRING IN COLUMBIA, MO! Immediate Start Available! Forklift Operator - Order Selector Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate forklifts to safely load and unload trucks - Perform shipping and receiving duties - Use pallet jacks to move and palletize products - Use a cherry picker to pick orders - Pick, pack, sort, stack, and organize inventory and materials - Scan products and inventory using RF scanners - Complete light computer work and data entry tasks - Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment documentation - Ensure products are properly stored and prepared for shipment - Follow warehouse safety procedures and company standards Forklift Operator - Order Selector Requirements: - Ability to safely operate a forklift and cherry picker - Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations preferred - Familiarity with RF scanners and basic data entry - Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors - Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds - Ability to frequently get on and off a forklift and cherry picker throughout the shift - Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and move product as needed IND125 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
