Our client is a leading global technology company that helps employers connect with talent and make smarter hiring decisions. We're seeking a Content Specialist to join their marketing organization and help create compelling, client-facing content that supports sales, customer success, and broader go-to-market teams.

About the Role

This role sits within a marketing team focused on turning complex product information, market insights, customer challenges, and business data into clear, compelling stories that help teams have more effective conversations with clients.

As a Content Specialist, you'll own content projects from strategy through execution. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop messaging, narratives, presentations, and other client-facing materials tailored to different audiences and personas.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and writer who can connect the dots across multiple sources of information and turn them into polished, useful content. You should also be highly proficient in PowerPoint and comfortable building presentations from scratch.

What You'll Do

  • Develop client-facing content and storytelling assets that support sales and go-to-market teams.
  • Translate complex product information, features, and business challenges into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Build polished PowerPoint presentations and other presentation materials from scratch.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and other internal stakeholders to understand products, messaging, and customer needs.
  • Tailor content and storytelling to different audiences, from practitioners to senior business leaders.
  • Conduct and incorporate internal and external research, market insights, and industry data to strengthen content.
  • Use customer performance data, business metrics, and ROI insights to support compelling stories.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and seeking input when needed.
  • Bring creativity and fresh thinking to presentations and other content, adapting the level of design and storytelling to the audience and objective.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in content strategy, storytelling, strategic communications, product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, visually compelling presentations from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to take complex information and turn it into simple, engaging stories.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage projects, and drive work from concept through execution.
  • Experience in a B2B, SaaS, technology, or client-facing environment preferred.
  • Experience incorporating research, data, and customer insights into content and storytelling preferred.
  • Experience in HR technology, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related industries is a plus.

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative marketing organization and play a key role in shaping how innovative products and solutions are communicated to clients. You'll have significant ownership over your work, collaborate with teams across the business, and have the opportunity to make complex ideas easier to understand and more compelling through strong storytelling.
