Job Duties Operate Reach Forklifts, doubles equipment, rolling racks, clamp, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards. Verify product quantities and ensure correct shipments are loaded and dispatched. Complete equipment inspections before operation and report safety concerns promptly. Maintain inventory accuracy through RF scanning, cycle counting, stock rotation, and inventory control processes. Assist with physical inventories and resolve inventory discrepancies with warehouse management teams. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Excel knowledge. Ability to accurately use RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Experience Requirements Minimum 9 months of experience operating a Reach Forklift and warehouse distribution equipment. Required experience with doubles (double reach forklift) and rolling racks. Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, loading, unloading, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Previous experience performing cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory audits preferred. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and equipment inspections. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hour shifts. Must be able to lift, move, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly. Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and lifting above and below waist level. Ability to work in a large distribution center with extensive walking throughout the facility. Comfortable working in varying temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
