Job Duties



  • Safely operate Reach Forklifts, doubles equipment, and rolling racks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory.
  • Load, unload, stage, and store products while maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Pull, pick, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure accurate loading and shipping of all orders.
  • Move merchandise from storage and staging areas into trailers for distribution.
  • Conduct cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and maintain proper stock rotation.
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
  • Complete equipment inspections before operation and report safety concerns immediately.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies while assisting with resolution efforts.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment

Education Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to use RF scanning devices and warehouse inventory management systems accurately.
  • Understanding of workplace safety procedures and equipment operation standards.


Experience Requirements



  • Required: Minimum 9 months of Reach Forklift experience, including experience operating doubles and handling rolling racks.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, and inventory experience preferred.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment such as reach trucks, clamp forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and push-pull equipment.
  • Experience with order picking, cycle counting, stock rotation, and inventory control processes.
  • Ability to complete pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain accurate operational records.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hour shifts.
  • Must be able to lift, pull, and move up to 50 lbs. without restriction.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, and twisting above and below waist level.
  • Ability to work throughout a large distribution center with extensive walking required.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels.
  • Available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
