  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 1:30 PM-11:30 PM
  • Training: Conducted on 1st Shift

Operate a variety of CNC Milling machines to safely produce products that meet all quality requirements. Monitor products on a continuous basis to ensure products are of prescribed quality and meet both Customer and Company expectations, requirements, and standards

Job Duties

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
  • Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials for machining operations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Calculate dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements using precision measuring tools.
  • Inspect finished products using calipers, indicators, and other quality inspection equipment.
  • Monitor machining operations to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform machine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and equipment care activities.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make programming or setup adjustments as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all company procedures and standards.

Education Requirements

  • Trade School degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent machining experience preferred.
  • Blueprint reading and CNC programming knowledge required.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude, including geometry, algebra, and precision measurement concepts.


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of CNC machining and manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience operating CNC milling machines preferred.
  • CNC programming experience is highly desirable.
  • 5-Axis machining experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments, inspection tools, and quality control processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-precision components.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform machining tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, position, and secure materials, tooling, and fixtures.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work safely around CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment.
  • Capable of performing detailed measurements and inspections with precision instruments.
