Job Duties Lead by example while supporting daily production, quality, and safety objectives. Operate production machinery and assist with manufacturing processes. Assemble materials and load raw materials into production lines. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Review product documentation and ensure production records are accurate. Package finished goods for shipment and distribution. Resolve production issues and assist operators in maintaining workflow efficiency. Transport materials throughout the facility as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by properly disposing of scrap materials and debris. Train, support, and motivate team members while helping achieve production targets. Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills required. Ability to follow production instructions and quality standards. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, printing, or fast-paced industrial experience preferred. Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience is a plus. Candidates with strong leadership potential, communication skills, and a positive work ethic will be considered. Ability to troubleshoot issues, organize workflow, and support production goals. Strong attendance, dependability, and teamwork skills required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and material handling.
